Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Each child and sibling set of images has it's own access code and can be ordered all in one 'shopping cart'. If for some reason you don't see, or can't access each of your children, please let me us know and we'll provide the code(s) you need.
2. How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed.
-Digital image file purchases will be available to download shortly after ordering - you'll receive a link in a separate email.
-"Ship to home" orders are placed with the lab right away, and usually ship within 3-5 business days. You should receive tracking info for your order, via email.
-Orders which include free shipping to schools are processed in bulk 5-10 business days after the final order deadline.
3. Can I crop the images?
Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created.
4. Will you do additional retouching on my child's photo(s)?
Yes - if possible.
Please email with your request and we'll let you know what we can do. Once your order is placed, those final edits/retouching will be done prior to delivery of digital image files or prints to you.
5. What if I have out-of-town family members that wish to order photos?
Simply provide them with your access code and they can order and ship to their desired address.
6. I am not technically savvy, and cannot figure out the shopping cart. Can you help?
We are happy to take your order by phone or email, if you would prefer.
7. I forgot to order and now can't access my child's photos from a previous year. Can you help?
Please provide the name of the school, year, and your child's name and we'll see if we can locate the gallery.
